Buraco is a card game similar to Rummy designed for two or four players who play in teams. The objective is to strategically lay down combinations of cards either in groups of equal rank or in sequential cards of the same suit. The game of Buraco is a captivating variation inspired by the classic Canasta, allowing players to make use of both traditional melds (groupings of cards of the same value) and sequences (cards in numerical order of matching suits).
